🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q1: How long will it take to receive my order?

  • A: Delivery times depend on your location. Generally, standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders, and 7 to 14 business days for international shipping. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Q2: How much does shipping cost?

  • A: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We also offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (please check our homepage banner for current promotions).

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q3: What is your return policy and how long do I have to return an item?

  • A: We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Note: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Q4: How do I initiate a return?

🎨 Colors, Sizes & Exchanges

Q5: Can I change the size or color of an item after placing my order?

  • A: If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we can update your preference. Please contact our customer service immediately. However, if the order is already on its way, you will need to follow our standard return/exchange process once it arrives.

Q6: The item I received is a different color from the picture on the website. Why?

  • A: We do our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, digital photography resolution, or lighting conditions.

Q7: How do I exchange an item for a different size or color?

  • A: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new size or color.
